Job Description: Up to and including obtaining Information With Reference To: Crime or Wrongs Done. Identify, describe, and write detail reports of the identity, habits, conduct, business occupation, activity, movements, location, affiliations, associations, transactions, acts, reputation, or character of any person, firm, association, by any means lawfully, manually Or electronically. The Location, Disposition Or Recovery Of Lost Or Stolen Property. The Cause, Origin, Or Responsibility For fires, Accidents, Or Injuries To Real Or Personal Property. The Truth Or Falsity Of Any Statement Or Representation. Securing Evidence To Be Used Before Any Court, Board, Officer, Or Investigating Committee. Service Of Process In Criminal And Civil Proceedings Without Court Order. Pre-Trial Interviews, Criminal And Insurance Investigations, Surveillance And Civil Process. |
Basic Qualifications: · Must be at least 18 years of age, or specified age as required by law or contractual requirements · Must have a high school diploma or GED. · At least one verifiable employer with no criminal convictions. · Ability to use and or operate successfully computers, tape recorders, binoculars, cell phones, radios, camera’s (still and video), taking notes, blend into the environement, etc.. · Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. · Ability to write detailed reports. · Authorized to work in the United States. · No recent drug history, over 3 years since last usage of any illegal or ilicit drug · Neat and professional appearance. · Ability to provide quality customer service. · Ability to handle typical and crisis situations effectively and efficiently. · Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards. · Ability to perform essentenial functions of the position without reasonable commodation. · Ability to sit or stand extended periods of time and work in increment weather. · Ability to work varies shifts, days, and/or hours. · Ability to work holidays and/or weekends, as required or needed. · Ability to be certified as an Investigator by the State of Florida. · Reliable transportation and video/camera equipment. · Ability to understand and carry out his/her orders including post procedures, enforcement of duties and responsibilities, and client business policies, rules, and regulations. · At least 3 years investigative experience. · Bi-lingual a plus. · Has morals and ethics. · Conduct oneself professionally and respectfully on and off duty |
